Dillard’s Distribution Center is looking for an energetic individual to join our management team. This individual will need to have strong leadership skills to lead and coordinate a team to handle everyday tasks in their department. This person will need to keep the team motivated and productive to maintain quality work that is expected to meet set goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Four year degree
  • Experience in warehouse operations
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to motivate team
  • Ability to relay policy and procedure changes to associates
  • Inventory control experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to train associates
  • Computer experience with various software packages a plus
  • Other duties assigned by upper management
  • Must pass background check and pre-hire drug test
