We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principle Information Security Vulnerability Analyst to join our growing Information Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities in our IT infrastructure, applications, and systems. You will work closely with other security professionals to develop and implement remediation plans to mitigate risks and ensure the overall security posture of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments of network devices, operating systems, applications, and databases using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Analyze identified vulnerabilities to determine their severity, exploitability, and potential impact on the organization.
  • Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk assessments and develop remediation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Research and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities, including patches, configuration changes, or security controls.
  • Assist with penetration testing and security audits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vulnerability databases and reporting systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences about vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Participate in incident response activities as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s vulnerability management program.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12+ years of overall experience
  • Experience in vulnerability assessment or pen testing
  • Understanding of network security concepts or principles
  • Proficiency in using vulnerability scanning and exploitation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to lead teams collaboratively
  • Ability to understand new systems and tools. Can include zero trust, identity security, API security, data protection, identity threat detection and response, secrets management, endpoint detection and response, secure email gateway, and security information and event management
  • Participates in a fast-paced, fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working in a global, heterogeneous, cloud and on-prem
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Working knowledge of NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF)
  • Active participation in the security community, through online resources and in-person conferences
  • Licenses/Certifications, special qualifications:
    o Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH).
  • Subject matter expert with technical applications/solutions
  • Overseeing highly complex issues and applying advance root cause analysis
  • Subject matter expert on applicable IT systems/applications
  • Ability to design highly complex systems and tools
  • Oversees management and strategy of documentation processes
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Highly experience in effectively providing direction to manage in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

Salary: USD 133000.00 – USD 199400.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
