Innkeeper/ General Manager

The historic Fullerton Inn of Chester, VT is seeking an Innkeeper/ General Manager.  The Inn consists of 20 guest rooms and a very busy 150 seat restaurant and tavern.  The ideal candidate would be highly driven with at least five years of hotel and restaurant experience and be accomplished in the areas of social media marketing, managing rates, managing the OTAs, motivating and leading staff, operating within a budget and achieving financial goals.  Salary is commensurate with experience plus you will receive paid vacation, the opportunity to participate in our 401k, and onsite housing in the form of a 1200 square foot apartment, including utilities.  Please send your resume to Rob@GrowthHM.com to be considered for this position.
