As a cashier, my goal was to receive verbal information from Expo and customers in a timely manny, at one point serving 30 customers in 15 minutes and reaching our store's goal of 'throughput'. In my year there 'Throughput' had only been achieved two times by our store. As prep I could cut four cases of bell peppers, four cases of lettuce, and two batches of Jalapenos in two and a half hours. At the time of employment, I was one of the fastest preps next to my GM and kitchen managers. I also handled the dish pit. and break down of the line, staying past 1 am to clean up on our busiest days when it was requested of me.

As a cashier, I was tasked with greeting customers, setting up planograms, and cleaning the sales floors. As a Technician-trainee I took the necessary steps to prep for my later PTCB, working with other already certified technicians on drug brand name and generic identification. I passed my exam on 1/8/2021.
