Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee your team’s data analytics strategy to identify business improvement opportunities and present them to Uline’s management.
  • Direct, develop and mentor the analyst team, empowering them to deliver accurate and insightful analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate across departments to execute projects that promote improved business processes.
  • Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reporting to tell a story that captures the “big-picture.”

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of data analytics and management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • Some travel to Uline’s locations across North America.
