ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take customer calls and provide answers to their questions and concerns.
  • Offer support and assistance to dissatisfied customers by researching and providing solutions.
  • Guide callers through navigating Dillards.com and the product and services we provide.
  • Collaborate with other department to address customers needs.
  • Record details of customer interaction and accurately log all information.

  • Basic computer & strong keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers and other departments.
  • Be able to problem solve and able to modify approach without compromising outcome.

  • Strong sense of professionalism by being positive, calm and composed under pressure
  • Be a self -starter
  • Previous customer service experience beneficial, but not required
  • Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
