ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take customer calls and provide answers to their questions and concerns.
- Offer support and assistance to dissatisfied customers by researching and providing solutions.
- Guide callers through navigating Dillards.com and the product and services we provide.
- Collaborate with other department to address customers needs.
- Record details of customer interaction and accurately log all information.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Communicate
- Basic computer & strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers and other departments.
- Be able to problem solve and able to modify approach without compromising outcome.
- Effective time management strategy
DESIRED SKILLS
- Strong sense of professionalism by being positive, calm and composed under pressure
- Be a self -starter
- Previous customer service experience beneficial, but not required
- Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
