With a long history as a stable employer, we are looking for candidates with strong accounting experience to join our team. As a Credit Team Lead, you will manage and grow a dedicated team of Credit Analysts on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of approximately 5 to 6 Credit Analysts.
  • Support team development by monitoring performance, completing informal audits and providing coaching and feedback on a regular basis.
  • Provide department support by handling escalations, answering calls and analyzing orders stopped for credit review as needed.
  • Regularly produce ad hoc, financial statements and business analyses.
  • Oversee specialized functions or groups within the Credit department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years experience in Credit or Collections preferred.
