Employment Brand Manager

Lead Uline’s Brand and Advertising team to implement innovative and creative marketing plans to reach Uline’s prospective hires where they live: through social, digital and traditional mediums. Use your expertise to support hiring goals for Uline’s 13 locations across North America.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Brand and Advertising team.
  • Assist in marketing for all recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee the career site, job boards, Google ads and other digital and non-digital channels.
  • Manage copy and creative assets to ensure design is relevant, interesting and consistent with our Corporate assets.
  • Monitor and report spend and performance of advertising.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Management experience required.
