The RN Home Health Administrator is responsible for embedding our mission in every interaction, our client experience, clinical outcomes, employee satisfaction, recruiting/retaining and building organizational talent, financial performance and business development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate integrity by embedding our Mission in every interaction
  • Compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations governing home health care services through policy
  • Recruitment and retention by leading and development of branch talent, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Branch Accountability for Quarterly Plans, Client Experiences and Clinical Outcomes
  • Serve as a resource for the Clinical team
  • Branch budget and progress to plan
  • Champion an enterprise point of view and teamwork within the branch and home office
    In addition, this leadership position is expected to be available after hours as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate RN degree and active RN License in the state of the application
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Training and experience in Home Health service administration required
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership and management experience in Home Health care or related health care field required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
