Shift Supervisor (2nd Shift)

PFP Logistics is looking for a Site Supervisor in the Council Bluffs, Iowa Area!

Our Site Supervisor will:

• Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products
• Coordinating daily operations during their shift (distribute tasks and oversee daily workload) as well as oversee training for new staff members
• Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations
• Holding accountability with employees
• Managing workflow and optimizing production
• Documenting daily site activity
• Building a positive workplace culture

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Must be comfortable working in freezer/cold storage environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects
• Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
