As Tax Team Lead, you will manage a dedicated team of Tax Specialists, ensuring regulatory compliance for Uline’s growth and success as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!

Position Responsibilities

• Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow and expectations, conducting check-in meetings and promoting a positive work environment.
• Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews.
• Lead team meetings including preparing agendas and coordinating schedules.
• Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you!
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Trustworthy with impeccable attention to detail.
